Who We Are

Well, this is not your typical “born in the garage” start-up story 😊 but close….. 7 professionals from 5 different continents and 4 different industries had a convergence of vision – an idea took shape and VA Global was founded.

Outsourced resources is not exactly new, you say. But it’s probably the first this is being done on such a Global scale – with both our clients and resources spread worldwide across multiple continents, countries and time zones.

VA Global is a Global Outsourcing Solutions provider of personnel from our international locations, predominantly the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. Our company’s registered Head Office is based in United States with satellite offices in the Philippines, India; and UAE.

We provide experienced and qualified personnel to manage your business demands in the fields of Customer Service, General Administration, Finance and Community Management Operations. We offer a suite of services or would be delighted to work with you to design a bespoke solution to suit your specific business needs. Research has shown that the use of Virtual Assistants (VA) has reduced HR costs by as much as 70%, without any compromise in service level delivery.

What sets us apart from other VA or outsourcing companies is that our service is tailored to meet the specific needs of the Community Management industry. Our executive team are highly experienced and qualified in the field of Community Management and hold industry specific qualifications and designations of CMCA, AMS, and PCAM, awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI USA) and are also highly regarded leaders and educators in their own country of operations.

In addition, our services are not limited to the Community Management field but also extend to other industries.
